Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Top eCommerce Jobs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Top eCommerce Jobs website and services (collectively, the "Services").

User Accounts

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Job Listings and Applications

We act as a platform connecting job seekers with employers. We do not:

  • Guarantee the accuracy of job listings
  • Endorse any particular employer or job opportunity
  • Control the hiring process or employment decisions
  • Guarantee that you will be hired

You acknowledge that we are not a party to any employment relationship between you and an employer.

Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by TopJobsTech and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Services without our express written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • That the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • That any defects will be corrected
  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of job listings

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPJOBSTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
  • Any interactions or disputes with employers or other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TopJobsTech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in your jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
