The ROLE:The Senior Manager, Ecommerce is the strategic and operational leader responsible for owning Website Operations (including daily site management, health, and development partnership), executing Site Merchandising and Product Lifecycle strategy, leading Forecasting, Analytics & Promotions, and managing the entire E-CRM/Retention program. This role ensures flawless execution through Cross-Functional Leadership and management of all external partners. What YOU’ll do:Website & Ecommerce OperationsOwn daily management of the ecommerce site (Shopify or SFCC), including content updates, product catalog accuracy, promotional setup, QA, and troubleshooting.Ensure site health across UX, navigation, accessibility, security, speed, and compliance.Maintain evergreen content (FAQ, policy pages, store hours), upload data files, generate QR codes, and manage templates/components.Partner with development teams to resolve bugs, implement enhancements, and manage roadmap priorities. Site Merchandising, SEO & Product LifecycleExecute merchandising strategy to drive discovery, conversion, and sell-through; audit PDP/PLP content for accuracy and quality.Own seasonal product uploads and ensure complete product data (features, fit, descriptions, imagery, technical details).Manage product lifecycle onsite—newness, inventory availability, back-in-stock, pricing updates, and end-of-life transitions.Monitor inbound inventory to distribution centers and maintain accurate digital stock; partner with logistics/warehouse and customer care.Support onsite SEO strategy (metadata, PDP optimization, site structure) to improve organic visibility and traffic. Forecasting, Analytics, Promotions & Campaign PlanningContribute to SKU-level ecommerce forecasting, balancing sales trends, promo cadence, and inventory needs.Develop and maintain tracking, tagging, and attribution models across paid, CRM, and affiliate channels.Analyze weekly/monthly ecommerce performance and present insights and recommendations to leadership.Own ecommerce marketing calendar and execute promotional strategies including discounts, seasonal events, GWPs, bundles, and sale pricing.Provide weekend/holiday support during key promotional windows to ensure flawless execution. E-CRM, Email & SMS (Klaviyo)Own CRM calendar, lifecycle flows, campaign planning, segmentation, and retention strategy.Partner with creative, marketing, and merchandising to align messaging and inventory priorities across email/SMS and site.Manage deliverability, cadence, list health, A/B testing, and reporting to improve engagement and conversion.Ensure alignment between onsite merchandising, inventory availability, and CRM product pushes. Cross-Functional Leadership & Partner ManagementAct as liaison between creative, product, logistics, warehouse, customer care, and development partners to ensure smooth execution across all ecommerce initiatives.Manage external development agencies—scoping work, negotiating agreements, setting expectations, and ensuring timely delivery.Facilitate communication and manage project timelines for product launches, content updates, and technical releases.Provide product knowledge to customer care and support CX improvements, including monitoring and moderating product reviews.
