Job Summary The main function of this role is to support the front of house and the trainers by providing coverage when there’s PTO and call out for-lunch coverage. As a trainer you will carry out facial workouts and drive exceptional customer service, sales and build client retention within our studios. As a studio host you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of workout bookings and be the first point of contact for the customer, offering 5* service and maximising every sales opportunity through rebooks and retail sales. You will be predominantly be based in one studio as your home base but must be willing to travel across across all LA locations (Santa Monica, West Hollywood and Silver Lake) Job Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain an exceptional customer experience at every touch point of the clients experience in the studio, while having strong focus on maximizing retail potential and client retentionResponsible for selling the brands’ unique offerings, workouts, homecare products, and maintaining firm understanding of all, as they become updated with company businessDemonstrate the ability to attract and entice customers with effective retail theatre, incorporating the client journey & brand storyConfidently answer all client inquiries regarding FaceGym workouts, while communicating accurate contraindications to clients at point of bookingCoordinate smooth running of daily business, while effectively communicating the company cancellation and lateness policy to clients, and appropriately enforcing as necessary, with tact and professionalismManage customer complaints with confidence, and overcome selling challenges, both in the studio and over the phoneEnsuring the front desk and workstations are clean according to Health & Safety guidelines, and stocked with the products and tools/equipment necessary to carry out all FaceGym services and job tasksCommunicate effectively and professionally with all the whole team throughout the day and day-to-day handover, making the team aware of any challenges may ariseDemonstrate full proficiency of Zenoti system booking system, and all operating point-of-sale systems, registers and card machinesWork to support management by through necessary cover across studio locations, when necessary, to further support the brand and drive the business forwardPortray a professional image at all times, ensuring high-standard representation of the brand, and consistently maintaining a positive demeanour while engaging with all stakeholdersMaintain high standards of personal hygiene while adhering to FaceGym uniform and grooming guidelinesMeet individual targets and performance goals, and accurately completing all required paperwork and reports for the store and the teamDemonstrate self-marketing abilities through word-of-mouth advertising, participation in events, social media, and strive to grow both personal and studio businessMaintain clean and presentable work stations, practicing proper sanitization methods and genuine care of the many tools and high-end equipment devices Job Skills and Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the US, and have a valid California Esthetician LicenseMust be flexible to work consistent weekly shifts, evenings and rotating holidays, including minimum four (4) weekend shifts per monthMust be able to effectively deliver all menu services and “workouts” after successful completion of FaceGym bootcamp trainingMust be able to stand for minimum 3 hours while performing consecutive workouts, and demonstrate safe practice of body mechanics and self-care techniques throughoutMust be consistently punctual, reliable, flexible, and dedicated to assigned work commitmentsMust be willing to support across all locations when necessary, to further support and drive the business Our brand values Teamwork Adaptability Ownership Respect Our Company Benefits: Competitive salary incorporating service commission, base hourly pay, high paying events, retail commission, and generous tips from loyal customersMonthly bonus potential for retail conversion, and quarterly comp workouts for all employeesDiverse medical coverage options for individual & family, through employer-contributed health insuranceDental and vision coverage for individual & familyGenerous PTO (paid time off) packages, for both full-time AND part-time employees!Employer-sponsored life insurance, and 401K pension planConfidential “employee assistance programs” through independent third-party providerGreat discounts on FaceGym workouts and productsExceptional education and training in advanced techniques and technologiesCareer progression and growth opportunities through internal promotion and recognitionEmployer sponsored Employee Discount Program Pay Structure: Host pay $25/hrTrainers are paid according to the standard pay structure of “hourly versus commission” wherein the gross earned weekly salary will be equivalent to whichever sum amount is higher – total service commission (which is issued at 18% of the pre-taxed menu price) or the total hourly pay for all clocked hours that fall under the ‘primary duty’ category of client service time (issued at $25 per hour)$40/hr event payRetail commission: 25% for skincare and manual tools, FaceGym electrical tools 10% commission, and 3rd party product at 5% commission"
