As Store Leader, you’ll coach in real time, develop talent, and set the tone for performance. Responsibilities Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset, ensuring that every Team Member is focused on creating a welcoming, inclusive, and personalized experience for each guest. You set the standard on the floor and prioritize coaching in real time to elevate connection and conversion.Deliver elevated service at speed by maintaining strong floor presence, modeling emotional intelligence, and guiding your team through high-volume moments while preserving authenticity and brand culture.Embed our mission and values into every part of the store experience. You educate and coach your team on what it means to represent SKIMS, championing product knowledge and storytelling that brings the brand to life for both Team Members and customers.Create a strong floor presence and lead through Operational Excellence. You manage daily and overnight operations, oversee scheduling, and partner on merchandising, replenishment, and visual execution to ensure that brand standards are met at all times.Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity. You analyze performance trends, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies in the moment to drive both sales and efficiency.Maintain accurate inventory practices by overseeing stock management, replenishment processes, and shrink control. You ensure that back-of-house operations are organized, efficient, and aligned with business priorities.Partner with HQ teams to execute campaigns, floor sets, and seasonal product rotations. You ensure that visual displays and product presentations are elevated, consistent, and aligned with SKIMS’ brand identity through operational excellence.Plan and allocate resources strategically to meet business demands, balance payroll, and support peak volume periods while maintaining exceptional service standards.Lead through the lens of impact. You use strong decision quality, strategic scheduling, and operational discipline to optimize results while remaining customer-first.Model Learning Agility by being curious, coachable, and proactive in finding solutions. Requirements 4+ years of leadership experience A proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams, particularly in OperationsStrong written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to work closely and effectively with others is important and expected. Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service to all customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and to adapt and evolve Strong operational and organizational skills. Strong visual merchandising skills, a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the store is always presented in a compelling manner. Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift Does not want to be an influencer Full Time Availability Requirements: Open Availability. We value flexibility and expect you to be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
