About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and creative Junior Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for an ambitious marketer who enjoys writing, design, and supporting multi-channel campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints.You will play a key role in shaping customer-facing communications—designing emails, writing compelling copy, supporting campaign execution, and helping internal teams stay informed and aligned. Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Design & ExecutionDesign weekly marketing emails using Canva and email design tools.Ideate and produce content for CRM: product selection, storytelling themes, and key messages.Support with layout, visual consistency, and audience-focused messaging across all email campaigns. CopywritingWrite clear, engaging copy for product pages, emails, website, in-store assets, and promotional campaigns.Maintain Skin Cupid’s brand voice across all customer touchpoints. Campaign Support (Online & Offline)Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns—product launches, store events, seasonal activations, and brand partnerships.Support with asset creation, scheduling, cross-team updates, and campaign organisation. Internal CommunicationsPrepare internal briefs, campaign summaries, and team updates to ensure smooth collaboration across marketing, creative, buying, and retail teams. Reporting & AnalysisSupport the team by compiling performance reports across email, campaigns, and marketing activities.Help identify insights and opportunities to improve future campaigns. Essential Qualifications & Skills1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a similar field (internships included).Strong Canva and email design skills; a good eye for layout, colour, and branding.Fluency in English, with excellent writing skills and an ability to adapt tone and simplify complex ideas.Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.Comfortable using Google Workspace; experience with Shopify is a bonus.A genuine interest in skincare and beauty—especially Korean and Asian beauty.
