Were looking for an inspiring and motivated Retail Supervisor who loves working with people and inspiring a team to deliver a spectacular customer experience in our amazing showroom, Edinburgh. A passion for eyewear, fashion and exceeding customer expectations is a must!
What You'll Do
Play an integral role within our retail store team, working collaboratively as part of the management team to achieve sales, an outstanding end to end customer experience and operational excellence.Lead and inspire the team to be their best, supporting with team training and always role modelling a customer first mindset.Take shared responsibility for opening/ closing the store, ensuring that all operational processes have been followed.Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the showroom always looks its best, applying commercial knowledge and insights to make positive changes and maintain IOLLA's high standardsSupport with all aspects of Store Operations; rota planning, stock management and Health & Safety.Contribute towards building an IOLLA Community within Edinburgh; support showroom events and happenings, and help spread the word that there really is 'a better way to buy eyewear!'

You have at least 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role and thrive in a fast paced, customer-focused environment (Optical retail experience is preferred but not essential)You have a passion for style and keeping up to date on key seasonal trends.You enjoy delivering an outstanding customer experience and build rapport naturally.You can drive performance and results.You thrive working in a team and can work independently, too
