Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Store Manager, you will be the main ambassador for the Flagship Victoria Beckhamboutique, leading the team and ensuring its success. Your key duties include:
1. Brand & Client Experience• Brand RepresentationAct as the face of Victoria Beckham, embodying and promoting the brand’s valuesand identity.
• Client ExperienceDeliver a first-class experience to all clients, maximising conversion rates andbuilding loyalty. Take full accountability for client acquisition, retention, andengagement.
• Sales LeadershipActively engage on the sales floor, leading by example and managing clientrelationships directly.
• Visual MerchandisingEnsure compliance with Victoria Beckham’s visual merchandising guidelines,maintaining brand consistency and appeal.
• Business DevelopmentIdentify and recommend partnerships, events, and clienteling opportunities to drivegrowth and expand the store network.
2. Store Operations
• Daily OperationsOversee all daily store activities, ensuring seamless operations while proactivelyidentifying growth and service enhancement opportunities.
• KPI & Budget ManagementDrive the team to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets. Manage controllable costswithin budget, focusing on profit and margin optimisation.
• Stock Management
Oversee stock control procedures and conduct inventory counts, ensuring accurate andefficient stock management.
• Health & Safety ComplianceEnsure the store is compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Staff PlanningManage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods and specialevents.
3. Team Leadership & Development
• Team LeadershipRecruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture that aligns withbrand standards and client-focused service.
• Product Knowledge & TrainingAttend product launches and disseminate key information to the team. Ensure thatcomprehensive product and brand training is regularly delivered.
• Team DevelopmentConduct appraisals, performance reviews, and address any performance issuesproactively.
• Communication & ReportingProvide high-quality, concise feedback and analysis to key stakeholders, offeringactionable insights and business updates.
• Stakeholder RelationsBuild strong relationships with head office teams, ensuring a valuable and cohesivepartnership.
