Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in Ad Operations, Marketing Technology, or Digital Media (agency or in-house)Deep understanding of pixels, tagging, tracking infrastructure, feed management, and conversion APIsProficiency in Ads Managers, Business Managers, and tag management tools (GTM, GA4, Meta Events Manager, etc.)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across data flow and measurement systemsExcellent communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesExperience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, engineering, and vendor partnersBonus: Experience with Shopify, Blotout, OneTrust, or other privacy/signal management tools Responsibilities Own and maintain the health of all tracking pixels, SDKs, and data feeds across paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)Ensure accurate event and conversion tracking; troubleshoot discrepancies in attribution and signal strengthPartner with internal teams and vendors (e.g., Blotout, Shopify, OneTrust) to ensure data privacy compliance while maintaining marketing efficiencyMonitor, audit, and optimize product feeds and catalog integrations for dynamic ads and performance programsCollaborate with channel leads to diagnose and resolve tracking or measurement issues quicklyCoordinate with platform reps and external partners to escalate and resolve technical issues efficientlyManage UTM governance, tracking templates, and campaign tagging consistency across platformsSupport CAPI and server-side implementations, ensuring robust signal flow and redundancyDocument and evolve Ad Ops best practices to scale technical excellence across the marketing organization How We Hire Our people are what make Knix, Knix!
