About the role: We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager with deep experience managing overseas manufacturing partners to support our fast-moving global operations. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our international suppliers—overseeing the production pipeline, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of both components and finished goods. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our global supply chain operates with accuracy, efficiency, and resilience. What You'll Be Doing: Act as the primary liaison with select overseas manufacturers, managing daily communications and maintaining strong relationshipsMonitor production schedules, identify potential delays, and escalate risks to the Director of Supply ChainCoordinate shipping logistics, including booking freight, confirming documentation, and ensuring timely PO pick-ups and deliveriesWork closely with suppliers to ensure raw material and componentry availability to support procurement timelines and avoid production disruptionsEnter and manage manufacturer purchase orders in NetSuite and ensure alignment across internal systemsAdjust production schedules as needed to balance inventory availability with demand, minimizing excess and aged stockMaintain visibility into the status of inbound shipments, resolve delays, and provide regular updates to stakeholdersCo-lead Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SiOP) meetings to align supply with business forecastsSupport the continuous improvement of international supply chain processes, vendor performance, and cost efficiencyHandle International Sales Team requests as needed for information required from vendors Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations with a strong emphasis on overseas manufacturing and logisticsDemonstrated success managing supplier relationships across Asia or other international regionsWorking knowledge of manufacturing and product development processes, particularly in textiles and consumer electronicsFamiliarity with international shipping practices, freight forwarding, and customs processesStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and analysisExperience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuiteExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reportingClear, professional communication skills with experience navigating time zone differences and cultural nuancesAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment Why You'll Love Working Here: Remote work from home month in August Flexible PTO (we trust you to take the time you need)Equity options so you can share in our growthPaid parental leave for all new parentsEmployee discounts on Nanit productsWork from home stipendMonthly team events EEO, Salary and Location: Salary Range: $110,000 to $120,000 base salary + plus equity and benefits.
