Seasonal: Part-Time Sales Associate (San Francisco)

"Overview Our San Francisco location is getting ready for the holiday season, and we’re looking for extra support! As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a warm, welcoming shopping experience during one of our busiest times of year. This is a seasonal contract role running from mid-October through January 2026. We’re looking for candidates who can:Work up to 25 hours per week (with most schedules averaging around 15-20 hours).Be available for at least two weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday).Work on key holidays and peak periods including the week before/after Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year’s. What You’ll Do Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered 100% of the timeAct as a Brooklinen brand ambassador, always putting the customer first Engage with loyal customers IRL and form new customer relationshipsEducate customers on our product assortment, brand history, and value propositionWork in the back of house to receive and organize inventory We're looking for someone with 0-3 years of experience in a retail (or service-oriented) environmentThe ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and enthusiasticallyStrong judgment and a service- and solution-oriented approachThe ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekend shiftsSomeone who is passionate, inclusive, and positiveThe ability to stand for long periods of time, physically move products and lift up to 20 pounds Why join us?
