Role OverviewThis is a core growth role at HAY!. As our Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will fully own and scale our paid acquisition engine across Meta & Google.This role is meant for someone who understands fashion D2C deeply — from creative fatigue, product velocity, drop-based selling, retargeting, to scaling winners profitably.You will directly work with the founder, creative leads, and e-commerce team to drive performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities🟣 Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)Own full-funnel Meta ad strategy: Awareness → Traffic → Conversion → RetargetingCreate campaign structures around categories, new drops, collections & velocity productsPerform continuous creative testing with reels, carousels, UGC & static formatsOptimize audiences, budgets, bids & placements for best ROAS & MERDrive scale without sacrificing profitabilityCollaborate closely with fashion creatives, models & content teamMonitor daily performance and take fast action using insights
