What You’ll Be Doing:Writing amazing copy that educates, tells stories and persuades our customers and readers to live their healthiest livesResponsible for delivery of ecomm sales materials including: promotional email copy, storytelling email copy and effective product and ingredient email copyResponsible for development of effective SMS copy that educates, creates urgency and most importantly convertsAdditional responsibilities include Facebook ad copy, and copy for digital creative assets like display ads, videos and product detail pagesCollaborating cross functionally with Brand, Content, Digital and Consumer Experience teams to gain customer insights and develop support material addressing feedback and questionsMaintain expert understanding of product features & benefits - including formulation and claimsStay up to date with competitors’ products, offers and positioningContinual education on conversion copywriting and marketing funnel strategies Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent3-5 years direct sales copywriting experienceExperience developing copy for email and SMS campaignsExperience producing copy for digital and print channelsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsExtreme attention to detailCreative wordsmith!
