We're looking for a technical and analytical Digital Product Manager to own and optimize Shinesty's digital storefront. This person will act as the product owner of Shinesty.com, driving the product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog and working cross functionally to increase conversion, AOV, and customer satisfaction. Over the next year, this role will play a pivotal part in Shinesty's migration from a headless architecture to a Shopify Plus theme, ensuring a seamless transition that balances performance, flexibility, and brand experience. They'll work closely with developers, marketing, and merchandising to ensure features ship on time, bugs are squashed quickly, and the site experience continues to improve through A/B testing. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation Propose, design, and manage A/B and multivariate tests across site experiencesUse tools like StatSig, GA4, and heatmaps to analyze performance and customer behavior across traffic sources and devices. Translate insights into actionable site updates and scalable best practices Digital Roadmap & Feature Management Own the website roadmap - scoping, prioritizing, and managing rollouts for new features, integrations, and technical improvementsPartner with development to manage Agile sprints, sprint reviews, and retros to deliver features efficientlySupport execution for Shinesty's migration from a headless setup to a Shopify Plus theme, partnering closely with development partners to ensure a smooth transition and no disruption to the customer experienceMaintain clear documentation and communication across teams Cross-Functional Collaboration & Launch Execution Lead digital readiness for all product and campaign launches, ensuring product pages, collections, navigation, landing pages, and creative assets are live, functional, and aligned across channelsCoordinate with Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising to maintain launch timelines and manage go-live checklistsIdentify opportunities to improve our product development lifecycle and QA processes. Performance Analytics Own site performance metrics including conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, and page speedBuild and maintain dashboards to track trends and identify improvement opportunitiesPresent findings to leadership and recommend data-backed actions Process & Tooling Manage Shinesty's ecommerce tech stack: Shopify Plus, Searchspring, StatSig, Klaviyo, GA4, and related tools.
