About the Role
"We're looking for a RGM who has an entrepreneurial mindset, challenges the status quo, and leverages data and analytics to create positive change for our customers and our triple bottom line. This position will be responsible for revenue growth management through trade optimization, sales ROI analysis, predictive modeling, analysis of historical promotional sales performance, and trade promotion tool management. This is a remote role within Canada.
Primary focus: Manage of the annual revenue plan North America markets with sales leadership and partnership with the finance team, with a goal to achieve company targets of revenue, volume, mix and rateProcess stewardship for priority customer investments (trade spend), lead ROI assessments and the management of risks and opportunities to support profitable revenue growthBuild the foundation for forward looking multi-year revenue planLead scenario analysis and decision making for both customer and brand opportunitiesIntegrate and adopt trade promotion optimization and trade spend optimization insightsAssess definition of event level ROI with cross functional teams and manages post event promotion analyticsAction insights from the commercial and finance teams for product portfolio optimization, brand health, pricing optimization, and customer requestsMonitor trends in the industry, sales, general business conditions, and other related areas and make recommendations for change as neededBe the subject matter expert for TPM, partnering closely with TPM tool providers and internal sales, finance, and business solution teamsProject manage long term TPM and RGM projects where applicable with taskforce teamsLead the month end performance analysis and leadership review for select customers
Qualifications: 5+ years related work experience, preferably in CPGExperience and knowledge of consumer products industry, category, brand strategies, competitors and retail channels, trade strategies, and negotiationsStrong Financial Acumen and Solid P&L management and analysis skillsExperience in utilizing information technology application to drive improvements in business revenue strategiesNIQ Nielsen & SPINS experience is an assetPower BI and/or data science experience is an assetMicrosoft (Excel, Word, Power Point) skill is a mustExcellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to simplify complex ideas to communicate and share with a variety of audiences
Notes: This is a remote role within CanadaThe salary range is predicated on experience: $120,000 - $150,000There is a 15% bonus, RRSP matching, and amazing benefits"
