The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Commercial Quality Manager to lead and strengthen our quality activities across our U.S. operations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining Kendal Nutricare’s commitment to excellence—ensuring full compliance with global and U.S. quality standards, supporting regulatory inspections, and driving continuous improvement throughout our commercial quality processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the infant formula sector and help us uphold the highest standards of product safety, quality, and customer confidence. Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and uphold the Regional Quality Policy in alignment with global standards.Oversee and audit warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations to ensure compliance and approval readiness.Provide support for GFSI certification and FDA audits.Manage and support traceability programs and product recall processes.Lead product dispositioning decisions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Ensure adherence to consumer-related product quality standards in market.Deliver technical support to trade partners, markets, and major retail customers.Deliver technical support to Third-Party Manufacturing sites within the region.Support the International Quality team with Third-Party Manufacturing site audits and approvals when required.Support investigations on consumer complaints & regional incidents.Lead incident management at a local level including cross-functional partners, with escalation to Global Crisis & Incident Management teams.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues and drive improvements. Qualification and experience:Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, or a related fieldPCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) certification.Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 / FSSC 22000 / BRCGS / SQF) and PCQI or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in senior quality roles.Strong understanding of global infant formula standards and regulatory frameworks, with a particular focus on U.S. food safety regulations (e.g., US FDA, Health Canada, Codex).Excellent knowledge of GMP, HACCP, GFSI certification standards, traceability, and microbiological controls.Experience in retail quality assurance is a strong advantage.
