This position reports to the Director of Brand. This position is fully remote. Harper Wilde is looking for a creative, executional Social Content Producer to own the ideation, creation, and production of content across our social channels—both organic and paid. This role is for someone who loves being close to the work: shooting, editing, producing, and iterating content that feels native to the platforms and true to Harper Wilde’s aesthetic.This is a doer role with room to bring concepts to life, but without managing a large team. You’ll partner closely with marketing, creative, and product to craft compelling, modern content that builds brand love and converts. What You’ll OwnDay-to-day brand content creation for Harper Wilde’s social channels (IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)Paid social content production: short-form videos, UGC-style assets, creator-style storytelling, and performance-driven variationsEnd-to-end production: concept → script/shot list → filming (in-studio or scrappy) → editing → deliveryCreate campaign-aligned content for launches, product drops, and brand moments aligned with the overall marketing calendarDevelop, maintain, and consistently evolve a platform-specific content strategy that feels elevated, modern, and nativeCapture product-focused, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content that showcases the brand’s POVCollaborate with the growth team to iterate on high-performing formats and build new variationsStay on top of platform trends and adapt them into on-brand conceptsManage content calendars, deadlines, and cross-functional needs with clarity and speedMaintain organized asset libraries and file workflows What You Bring2–5+ years of hands-on social content creation experience (brand, agency, or creator studio)Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video, storytelling, editing, and platform-native contentStrong proficiency in video editing tools (Final Cut, Premiere, CapCut) and basic design toolsOn-camera comfort or ability to direct talent/creators when neededAbility to understand Harper Wilde’s core audience and create compelling content that resonates with them in different parts of their customer journeyA strong understanding of paid social creative best practices - what drives performance on Meta/TikTokAbility to produce compelling content with both scrappy setups and higher-quality productionHighly organized, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-moving environmentA modern, elevated aesthetic that fits Harper Wilde Who You AreA creator at heart - someone who loves bringing ideas to lifeHands-on, fast-moving, and energized by executing dailyEqual parts creative thinker and sharp executorCurious about what converts and eager to test new content formatsSomeone who thrives in a brand with a strong visual identity and high creative bar CompensationSalary: $60,000–$80,000 Competitive benefits + product perks.Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, levels, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications.
