We're on the search for a Key Account Manager to join our remote Beverages sales team. This position is eligible to work remote within the United States. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this position will oversee key account volume/share goals, spending budgets and results (Distribution, Price, Promotion, and Points of Distribution within chain). You will be expected to develop productive business relationships with assigned accounts, develop solutions that resonate with customer needs while achieving GHOST goals, and help promote best practices by producing excellent results while maintaining a positive/solution-oriented mindset.

Grow GHOST sales and share at key retailers across the United StatesSecure new item support and increase GHOST points of distributionSecure display programming and drive strong execution in storesHold leadership position in buyer call preparations and presentationsMaintain customer focus to proactively identify opportunities to improve service to the customer, quickly and effectively responds to customer problems, partner with other functions/department to meet customer needsClear and consistent communications/interactions with wholesaler partners, fellow GHOST associates, and key retailer stakeholdersIdentify sales and share opportunities using data and develop/execute action plans to close gapsLeverage understanding of key business drivers, such as customers, consumers, competitors, and company, to get resultsUnderstands and anticipates how business plans and actions will impact both GHOST P&L and the customer financiallyAbility to negotiate with key retailers to maximize volume, distribution, display space, and in store customer experience with GHOST Takes action to proactively resolve issues and identify improvementCreatively develop and sell in GHOST in store programming in a way that resonates with the customer's needs. Ensure all promotions are accompanied by POS and incremental displaysConduct quarterly business reviews to update all retail partners on business, channel competition, and opportunitiesManage, maintain and optimize a retail chain budget for all key assigned accounts
Requirements
Must have Club experience - Costco, Sam's Club, or BJs5 years of sales experience in a retail, broker and distributor sales environment (in the beverage or CPG industry)Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceDemonstrated track record of sales management achievementProven knowledge of broker, distributor and retail customersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to establish good relationships and credibility with customers and brokers; ability to collaborate at all levelsExcellent at managing time, priorities and expensesQuickly and effectively adapts to new environments and develops rapport with othersAble to work independently while being a team playerProficiency using Excel and PowerPointAbility to travel up to 25% of the time
