We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of CRM strategy, customer segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns across multiple products. You'll work hands-on with tools like Braze and Amplitude to implement, optimize, and analyze multi-channel campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This is a strategic and executional role, requiring strong collaboration with product marketing, customer analytics, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of multi-product, segment-based customer lifecycle marketing plansBuild and automate lifecycle campaigns using Braze to deliver scalable, personalized experiencesPartner with analytics, engineering, and BI teams to ensure data quality and campaign accuracyExecute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, WhatsApp) aligned with business goals and time-sensitive promotionsMonitor and report on KPIs; proactively adjust tactics to meet performance targetsUse Amplitude, Braze, and AI tools for A/B and multivariate testing, segmentation, and message optimizationManage campaign calendars, promotional timelines, and content workflows to ensure flawless executionReview, edit, and proofread marketing content with a critical eye for quality and clarity
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree5+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience with a strong grasp of audience segmentation3+ years of hands-on experience using Braze or Amplitude for multi-channel campaign management and analyticsStrong understanding of customer engagement across email, SMS, push, mobile app, and WhatsAppAnalytical mindset—you thrive on turning data into insights and measurable outcomesExcellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple products and timelinesA proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently or cross-functionallyDetail-oriented, organized, and passionate about driving results
