Key Responsibilities1. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.2. Develop and implement strategies to drive free and paid consultations.3. Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI and low CAC.4. Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.5. Work closely with the creative team to develop ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.6. Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to monitor and improve campaign performance.7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, content) to align campaigns with business objectives.8. Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
Skill Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (healthtech, D2C, or consumer services preferred).3. Strong understanding of conversion funnels, CAC, ROAS, and retention metrics.4. Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize campaigns for ROI. Experience with ₹5-10 Lac Budget per month ad accounts is a plus5. Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools (Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer).6. Strong analytical mindset and experience in data-driven decision-making and Problem Solving.7. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.8.
