About the Role
"We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer communications that drive engagement, retention and revenue.
You will be responsible for the hands-on execution of email campaigns — including building, testing, deploying, and reporting primarily within Klaviyo. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for CRM, data-driven marketing, and the beauty industry, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign ExecutionBuild and deploy marketing, lifecycle, and transactional email campaigns in KlaviyoCreate engaging, on-brand templates and copy in collaboration with the wider marketing and creative teamsConduct A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and CTAs to continually optimise performance
Segmentation & DataManage audience segmentation and data hygiene within KlaviyoAssist in developing customer journeys and automated flows to support lifecycle marketing and retention strategiesEnsure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
Reporting & AnalyticsTrack and analyse campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions, revenue attribution, etc.)Provide regular reports to the Head of CRM and contribute insights to the wider marketing team for continuous improvement
CollaborationWork closely with the Head of CRM, eCommerce and Creative teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectivesSupport the Head of CRM on loyalty initiatives and customer engagement projects
Skills & Qualifications1–2 years’ experience in email marketing, ideally within KlaviyoStrong understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, and email best practicesAnalytical mindset with confidence handling campaign data and producing actionable insightsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsA passion for beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable

Please note that due to Zoeva being a German company they cannot at this point in time enter into UK long term employment contracts. Therefore all employees are employed on a freelance basis but with a view to being part of the long term permanent marketing team. This can be discussed more at interview."
