Key Responsibilities
1. Drive App InstallsPlan and execute paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant platforms.Optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) to increase organic visibility and downloads.Collaborate with content team to leverage influencers, content creators, and affiliates to drive app installs2. Boost App EngagementImplement push notification, in-app messaging, and WhatsApp/email journeys to engage users.Work with design/content teams to create high-converting creatives and campaigns.Track and improve Day 1, Day 7, Day 30 retention through personalized engagement strategies.
3. Drive App Revenue (E-commerce + Consultations)
Run retargeting and re-engagement campaigns to convert users into paying customers.Scale E-commerce revenue by driving product discovery, cart conversions, and repeat purchases.Grow Consultation bookings by promoting Amrutam’s free and paid Ayurvedic consultations via campaigns, in-app placements, and personalized communication.Collaborate with product and CRM teams to design offers, loyalty programs, and gamified experiences.Monitor key metrics like ARPU, ROAS, consultation conversion rates, and CAC:LTV ratio, and optimize for sustainable growth.
Skill Requirements1. 1–3 years of experience in digital/app marketing (D2C/e-commerce/consumer tech preferred).2. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads (UAC), ASO, and analytics tools (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar).3. Strong understanding of app funnels (Install → Activation → Retention → Revenue).4. Creative mindset with the ability to test, analyze, and optimize campaigns.5. Passion for Ayurveda, wellness, and consumer-first marketing is a plus.
Required Technical Knowledge1. Must-have familiarity: Firebase, AppsFlyer/Adjust, MoEngage/CleverTap, Google & Meta Ads.2. Good-to-have: WebEngage, Branch.io, OneSignal, ASO tools like AppTweak/Data.ai."
