Founded as a small booth at a marketplace in Rio back in 1997, the brand now has more than 100 stores around the country, stores in the U.S. and in Europe.
To continue to co-construct the next chapter and beyond, we're looking for a creative and inspiring person to join us in UES as our Full-Time Key Holder. We would love to get to know you if you are someone who will be a strong brand ambassador, sharing our values and bringing life to our products.

You’ll be responsible for:
Safely opening and closing the storeAssuring excellent customer service by performing and supporting the teamOverseeing day-to-day operationsHandling returns and customer-sensitive issuesEnsuring store visuals are kept up to date and up to standardsAssuring stock room is being maintained organized by selling teamTraining and coaching the teamProviding feedback on a daily basisWorking with store systemsDeliver outstanding styling sessions Establish loyalty within the communitySecuring sales
Compensation: 26/hr paid biweekly basis+ team monthly commission based on store total

Compensation
