"Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn Status: Full-time/100% on-site Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 annually Position Summary The Production Manager will support the Accessories team by owning the production life cycle of designated product categories/factories that include soft Accessories and Lifestyle goods for Women’s, Men's and Kid’s. This individual will be responsible for Accessories and ensure products are executed to the standards of Kith. Responsibilities Maintain up‐to‐date WIP reports for all styles from all assigned vendors to ensure proper production timelines are being met (via the Master)Lead pricing negotiations with vendors to meet margin goals. Create buy sheetsCommunicate PPS arrivals to our design team / ensure they commented on in a timely manner to follow the calendar. Issue and update POs in our ERP system to ensure data integrityCreate cost sheets in our ERP system once confirmed. Review all QC inspection reports with our factories. This includes preparing all QC reports and TOP’s to be reviewed/approved with the Production Manager. Review/Submit/Record invoices. Review and approve care labels/bulk submits. Responsible for Archiving bulk submits for future reference. Request, organize, and review all testing reports and flag any issues. Work with your production counterpart to order bulk trim (when necessary) in order to consolidate amongst all factories on either a seasonal or annual basis. Work with the SMU team to ensure any approval or requirements requested in the contract are being executed. Oversee the full production lifecycle for assigned vendorsMonitor and track all purchase orders, production timelines, critical path milestones, ex-factory dates, and deliverables to avoid delays. Escalate issues or risks proactively to appropriate internal cross-functional teams. Manage bulk fabric and trims submissions - track, review against approved SMS fabric and/or lab dips for color and hand feel, send approval/commentsWork closely with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Materials, 3rd party QC & Logistics to ensure alignment and to resolve challengesCommunicate approvals, changes, and feedback to vendors. Participate in fittings, pre-production meetings, and seasonal reviews. Analyze past production issues and implement process improvementsReview and approve TOP (Top of Production) samples. Support the onboarding of new vendors as needed.
