About The Role: We are seeking a Senior Manager, Fulfillment & Logistics with deep experience managing 3PL partners and end-to-end logistics. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our primary 3PL provider—overseeing all D2C order fulfillment, managing outbound bulk orders to our retail partners, and coordinating inbound shipments from our global factories. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our fulfillment and logistics operations run with accuracy, efficiency, and scalability to support our continued growth. What You'll Be Doing: Act as the primary liaison with our 3PL partner, managing daily operations, performance, and strategic alignmentNegotiate rate cards with fulfillment and transportation partners, identifying potential savings and evaluating the most cost effective way to fulfill our ordersAnalyze fulfillment data and 3PL performance metrics; prepare regular reports for senior management on key KPIs (e.g., cost per order, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy)Monitor and manage all D2C order fulfillment, ensuring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for order processing, shipping, and delivery are consistently metProactively identify and resolve fulfillment and shipping issues, coordinating with the 3PL and carriers to minimize customer impactOversee and coordinate all inbound shipments from our overseas factories to the 3PL warehouse(s), ensuring timely receipt, documentation, and inventory accuracyManage all outbound bulk (B2B) shipments to our retail partners, ensuring strict compliance with retailer-specific routing guides and delivery windowsPartner with the planning team to manage inventory levels at the 3PL, supporting accurate forecasting and preventing stock-outs or excess inventoryLead investigations into inventory discrepancies, shipment errors, and customer complaints related to fulfillmentSupport the continuous improvement of fulfillment processes, EDI and system integrations (e.g., between NetSuite and the 3PL's WMS), and cost-reduction initiativesCoordinate RMAs with our customer support team and ensure efficient and accurate transmission of return data across systems Who You Are: 7+ years of experience in logistics and fulfillment operations, with a strong emphasis on managing 3PL providersDemonstrated success managing both D2C (e-commerce) fulfillment and B2B (retail) logistics, including deep familiarity with retailer compliance guidesDeep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation/freight logisticsExperience with international inbound logistics, including freight forwarding and customs processesStrong analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reportingExperience with ERP systems (ideally NetSuite) and e-commerce platforms (ideally Shopify)Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to resolve issuesClear, professional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage external partners (3PLs, carriers) effectivelyAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Why You'll Love Working Here: Flexible PTO (we trust you to take the time you need)Equity options so you can share in our growthPaid parental leave for all new parentsEmployee discounts on Nanit productsWork from home stipendMonthly team events EEO, Salary and Location: Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 base salary + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance.
