We’re looking for a Growth Lead to join our Bliss team. This role sits at the intersection of paid media and performance creative, guiding strategy, creative direction, and execution across channels. You’ll manage relationships with our media buying agencies, internal and external digital content production teams, and internal TikTok + Amazon teams, while also rolling up your sleeves when needed to keep the engine growing and optimizing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, isn’t afraid to question assumptions, and is obsessed with testing, learning, and scaling. You'll work directly with both the Head of Marketing and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth across digital channels.
The ideal candidate is an experienced direct-to-consumer marketer with a strong aptitude for brand storytelling and obsession with marketing KPIs. They will be fluent in managing ad accounts and paid acquisition spend across Meta, TikTok, and Google and have demonstrated ability to scale acquisition budgets profitably. They should have a scrappy, can-do attitude, high attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—someone who can anticipate issues, streamline workflows, and build scalable systems that support our continued growth.
Salary Range: $140,000-170,000 + Discretionary Bonus + BenefitsThis position is 4x in-office in Midtown Manhattan.
What You'll Do:Lead the strategy, performance, and optimization of our DTC channel and partner with internal TikTok and Amazon leads to reach our revenue growth targetsIdentify and pursue new growth opportunities, whether through sharper positioning, stronger creative angles, or untapped channels and audiencesPartner with our media buying agencies and teams to align paid channel strategy with growth goals and prioritiesOwn the creative strategy for ads and performance creative, spearheading testing and ensuring every concept is thumb-stopping and built to convertPartner with our internal and external digital content production teams to develop and iterate on creative assets that fuel campaign successUse analytics to uncover performance insights, guide testing plans, and optimize the entire growth funnelGet hands-on where needed to support key launches, troubleshoot issues, or push growth levers forward
About You:4–6 years of experience, including specific experience in growth marketing, ideally in a high-growth DTC or CPG environmentStrong track record owning both performance marketing strategy and the development of creative assetsStrong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR, and other key performance metricsAnalytical mindset with the ability to both synthesize data into actionable insights, and lean into creative intuitionExperienced in managing media buyers and creative teams - you're a strategic leader who’s not afraid to dig inHighly collaborative, curious, and excited to test, build, and scale quicklyClear communicator and critical thinker who thrives in fast-pacedExperience scaling paid media marketing budgets from $4M+ preferredBonus points: experience managing or partnering on Amazon growth
