About the role: You will lead and coordinate alignment across product, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and other teams, owning the orchestration of major cross-functional product initiatives, with a focus on bringing new hardware products from conception to successful launch. You will ensure that plans are executable, dependencies are managed, risks are surfaced, and business functions are fully ready at launch. In doing so, you will serve as a trusted partner and communicator to senior leadership and the executive team. What You'll Be Doing: Define, maintain, and evolve the program-level roadmap, with cross-functional milestones, decision gates, and dependenciesMonitor and drive progress across multiple workstreams (e.g. hardware, firmware, industrial design, compliance/regulatory, packaging, supply chain, localization, marketing, sales enablement, operations)Identify blockers, risks, and opportunities; lead mitigation and escalation strategies through effective communication with the executive leadership teamServe as the \"source of truth\" for program status: build dashboards, executive summaries, and regular updates to CPO, CEO, and leadershipFacilitate cross-functional working sessions, gating reviews, steering committee meetings, change-control processes, and program-wide decision makingEnsure business readiness for product launches: packaging, branding, marketing collateral, website / e-commerce readiness, sales training, regulatory/localization, pricing and SKU decisions, international rolloutMap technical changes or shifts to business impact and ensure that business teams are aligned on adjustmentsEmbed structured process improvements, playbooks, tools, templates, and post-mortem analyses to continuously raise our program execution maturity Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a consumer technology, hardware + software, or IoT environmentExperience leading cross-functional, multi-workstream product launches end-to-end, ideally with prior experience launching hardware productsAbility to manage multiple dependencies, prioritize trade-offs, and shift plans when neededExperience with go-to-market readiness: packaging, marketing, localization, sales enablementExperience with international considerations — regulatory, compliance, supply chain, localizationComfort engaging at both technical and business levels — able to understand engineering trade-offs and surface business implicationsStrong stakeholder management skills, especially in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsExceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to senior leadership and executivesFamiliarity with program / project management tools and frameworks (e.g. Jira, Asana, Gantt, Smartsheet, stage-gate, etc.)Strong analytical ability — creating dashboards, deriving insights, modeling trade-offs Why You'll Love Working Here: Hybrid in office schedule Remote work from home month in August Flexible PTO (we trust you to take the time you need)Equity options so you can share in our growthPaid parental leave for all new parentsEmployee discounts on Nanit productsWork from home stipendMonthly team events EEO, Salary and Location: This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC 3 days per week Salary Range: $145,000-$165,000 base salary + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance.
