We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Design Intern to join our dynamic online marketing team at our headquarters in Almere. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your creativity, explore the beauty industry from the inside, and gain hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing. Your ResponsibilitiesYou will support our online marketing and design team by:Participating in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and online content (text + visuals)Helping with AI-driven tools, trend research, and content ideasDeveloping concepts for creative formats and writing scripts for video contentDesigning visuals for various channels and creating layouts for newsletters & articlesTaking product photos and set visuals for social media (flatlays, graphics, etc.)Editing images and maintaining our visual asset librarySupporting community engagement on Instagram, Facebook & TikTokCreating fun, engaging TikToks — and not being afraid to stand in front of the camera! Your ProfileYou are someone who:Has a strong affinity with beauty, lifestyle, online trends, and social mediaIs enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn, and quick to adaptHas experience with online content, blogs, vlogs, or creative projectsIs skilled in Adobe Photoshop and/or CanvaIs communicative, social, and comfortable working both independently and in a teamLives within ±60 minutes of AlmereIs enrolled in an MBO/HBO programSpeaks fluent English (Dutch and French are a plus)Understands Dutch online culture, trends, and humorIs excited to explore the world of AI tools — ready to climb the “AI mountain” and make Gemini Nano Banana your new best friend!
