What Are We Looking For?We are looking for a creative and digitally skilled Marketing & Design Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will combine your design expertise with your marketing knowledge to strengthen the 4Phones brand online. You will create engaging visual content, manage digital campaigns, and optimize our online visibility across various platforms. You will work closely with the sales and e-commerce teams to ensure a consistent and professional brand presence that attracts and engages our target audience. We Are Looking For Candidates With:· A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.· 2–4 years of experience in a marketing or design role, preferably in e-commerce or a B2B environment.· Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.· Solid understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).· Experience with content creation, email marketing, and website management (WordPress or similar CMS).· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch, French, or German is a plus).· A data-driven mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
