Position: The Sales & Marketing Coordinator BLX supports the commercial team in the Benelux region across a wide range of activities at the intersection of sales, marketing, and data analysis. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, improving commercial processes, and supporting B2B marketing initiatives. Through strong analytical and organizational skills, this person contributes to the effective execution of promotions, campaigns, and client-facing actions. Key Responsibilities Analyze sales performance and prepare sell-out reports per client (e-commerce and physical retail).Prepare and support retail promotions, client presentations, and commercial initiatives.Manage a selection of smaller e-commerce clients and other suitable accounts, with responsibility for account plans, forecasts, and sales budgets.Support retail marketing campaigns, POS materials, social media, and local activations.Responsible for delivering translations and preparing sales and trade marketing materials (catalogs, one sheets, banners, etc.).Conduct competitive analyses and perform regular store visits (store checks).Act as first point of contact for selected marketing activities with assigned clients.Provide general support for in-store events and team initiatives. Client Responsibility and Collaboration Client responsibility is evaluated annually and aligned with team capacity and market needs. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Sales Director, Sales Manager and the Marketing & E-Commerce Sales Manager to implement a joint commercial strategy. Within the team, this role serves as a connecting link between sales, marketing, and external partners, with a focus on execution, analysis, and optimization. Contribution to Product Development The role includes tasks that contribute to optimizing product information and local relevance. This involves reviewing translations, preparing materials, and identifying market needs. These activities are coordinated with responsible colleagues and headquarters. Requirements: Several years of experience in sales and / or marketing support.Strong organizational, analytical, and hands-on skills.Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.Experience with Photoshop or other graphic tools is a plus.Affinity with retail, e-commerce, and B2B marketing.
