We’re now seeking an e-commerce & Sales Coordinator - EMEA to support our growth in e-commerce and select distributors across EMEA. Supporting the operations on E-commerce through Planning, Forecasting, and Analysis while owning the Order-to-Cash process on select distributors. This pivotal role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and works closely with the E-commerce team. Based in our Amsterdam office the first of our European team hubs, allowing you to learn and grow while contributing to our fast expansion across EMEA THE ROLEAs our E-commerce & Sales Coordinator – EMEA, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our Amazon and key marketplace operations across the region. Your main responsibilities will include: Owning the fulfillment process for Amazon in coordination with our agency and 3PL partnersCoordinating shipments and labels for Amazon, Bol.com, and other marketplaces across the EU & UKCollaborating with the E-commerce team to manage planned orders from forecast to final deliveryActing as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders regarding Amazon fulfillmentMonitoring sales versus stock performance and providing weekly analysis to support replenishment decisionsTracking chargebacks and liaising with Amazon or the warehouse to resolve issues efficientlyWorking with marketing and E-commerce teams to align Amazon promotions with inventory availability and impactAnalysing sales volumes and trends to optimise stock availability and replenishmentOwning the forecast plan for Amazon and other key marketplaces to ensure product availability while minimising excess stock ABOUT YOUYou have a genuine interest in international business and a strong command of Excel. With 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience, you bring a proactive and commercially minded approach to your work. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering results through a practical, collaborative mindset.
