Job Purpose As the E-Commerce Intern at Viktor&Rolf, you will support the team ensuring seamless operation and optimization of viktor-rolf.com. Working closely with the E-Commerce team you will assist in planning and executing the launch of new seasonal collections on the website and online marketplaces. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers and driving sales growth through effective collection management, content creation, and website maintenance. Duties and responsibilities Assist in preparing for the launch of new seasonal collections on the website and Farfetch. Assist in content creation for digital marketing ads, sale seasons, and ad hoc requests. Assist in daily E-Commerce Operations including order processing, inventory management, and customer service. Assist with E-Commerce photoshoots. Handle sample management for seasonal shoots with Farfetch. Contribute to campaign execution strategy and implementation. Perform regular quality checks ensuring the website showcases relevant products and up-to-date content. Flexibly handle ad hoc requests from various team members, encompassing tasks related to website updates, customer inquiries, and e-commerce initiatives. Qualifications First experience with e-commerce is a plus. Experience with Photoshop is a plus. Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus. Skilled in Microsoft Excel. Eye for detail and works to a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with team members. Pro-active and hands-on with an eagerness to develop and learn.
