About The OpportunityWe're looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager on a 12-month maternity leave contract to join our high-performing team and lead our digital marketing strategy aligned with global brand and commercial goals. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you'll own channel performance and deliver impactful results - driving integrated campaigns across paid media, SEO, affiliate, and programmatic channels, optimising for acquisition, conversion, and ROI. You will shape the CRM strategies to boost lifecycle value through segmentation and personalisation, manage the CRM calendar, and enhance email engagement. Leverage ecommerce analytics and SEO to provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau. Collaborate across ecommerce, creative, and global teams while mentoring a high-performing team to ensure cohesive execution. What you'll be doingDigital Marketing Leadership: Drive and refine local digital strategy, leading integrated campaigns across paid media, SEO, affiliate, and programmatic channels. Optimise performance marketing, strengthen agency partnerships, and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous growthStrategic Planning: Partner with the Head of Ecommerce and Senior Ecommerce Trading Executive to shape and evolve the annual trade plan, identifying opportunities and align initiatives with business objectivesBrand Growth: Champion initiatives that boost brand visibility, category share, and sales through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing effortsPerformance Marketing: Oversee paid media campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads, and BVOD in collaboration with agency partnersCRM & Lifecycle Management: Design and execute CRM strategies for segmentation and personalisation, manage the CRM calendar, optimise email campaigns, and maintain data integrityEcommerce Insights: Analyse ecommerce performance using Google Analytics and Tableau, deliver actionable insights, lead SEO strategy, and enhance reporting tools for smarter decisionsData Analysis & Forecasting: Interpret category sales data to identify opportunities to drive category growth across the entire catalog, working closely with the Senior Ecommerce Trading Executive to forecast sales and track performanceLeadership & Collaboration: Mentor and inspire team members, foster cross-functional collaboration, and act as a senior stakeholder in agency relationship What we're looking for:3 years experience as a Digital Marketing ManagerRelevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or salesExperience working with digital marketing agenciesUnderstanding of search, affiliate, and CRM platforms such as google ads, bing, google search console, affiliate and ESPsKnowledge of current online marketing trends and best practice.
