We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a dynamic, creative, and result-driven Assistant Brand Manager to drive brand growth, digital marketing, and content excellence.⚠️ Strictly for Nagpur-based candidates only. Role OverviewAs an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing brand marketing campaigns, digital content, agency coordination, and e-commerce/catalogue presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and product positioning. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute content for META Ads and Paid Influencer Marketing across both brands to drive engagement and revenue growth.Oversee website content and creatives, ensure all E-commerce and Quick Commerce listings (PDPs & A+ content) are at par with competition standards.Plan and execute email, WhatsApp, and retargeting campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.Manage PR, META, and LinkedIn agencies to ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreements.Develop scripts, oversee production, and manage editing for digital and social media videos.Conceptualize, research, and create packaging content for new product development.Ensure quality collaborations and influencer partnerships are executed as planned.Manage nominations and award registrations, ensuring high-quality submissions.Execute creative assets for banners, sales support materials, and third-party packaging.Oversee website SEO initiatives and ensure content visibility across search platforms. Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields.2–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Management.Strong understanding of digital campaigns, influencer marketing, and e-commerce platforms.Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and agencies.Proficient in content creation, video production, and SEO fundamentals.Must be based in Nagpur and available for face-to-face interviews.
