The opportunity
Join the growing marketing team at one of the UK’s most exciting challenger brands to help grow the D2C side of the business. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll manage MOMO’s digital channels including the website, paid digital and CRM to build our loyal customer base and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
Founded in 2018, we’ve grown rapidly and are now preparing to scale from £5m to over £25m revenue over the next five years, to become the UK’s favourite kombucha. We’re on a mission to make our brand a household favourite, and we’re building an exceptional marketing team to make it happen.
What you’ll do · Manage and update the Shopify website, keeping content, imagery and storytelling on-brand and consistent at every stage of the funnel.
· Optimise website performance, identifying and implementing conversion rate optimisations to improve user experience.
· Own the merchandising of the website, setting up new products, up/cross-sells and bundles and identify opportunities to improve conversion metrics.
· Manage the subscription platform (Recharge) optimising the user experience to improve retention and LTV.
· Manage the loyalty programme working closely with Marketing and Customer Service to ensure the programme creates a positive customer experience and helps achieve business goals.
· Analyse digital marketing performance metrics, sharing reports with actionable improvements.
· Manage the Amazon agency to optimise performance, ensuring strategy and campaigns support wider brand and marketing goals.
· Depending on skill set the following responsibilities will be done in-house or through managing an agency:
> Responsible for paid digital, working closely with Brand and Content teams to develop high performing campaigns.
> Responsible for the CRM platform (Klaviyo) designing, building and sending email campaigns and flows, and managing audience segmentation.
> Responsible for developing and implementing an SEO strategy, driving organic traffic growth.
