About the Role
"We are seeking a strategic Trade Marketing Manager to drive growth across retail, and distributor channels in North America for Ulike brand. You will develop and execute targeted marketing programs to maximize visibility, sales, and brand loyalty with key partners.
Key Responsibilities:Channel Strategy & PlanningDevelop data-driven marketing plans for retail, and wholesale partners, aligning with brand goals and regional trends.Identify growth opportunities (e.g., new product launches, promotions, merchandising) tailored to each channel.Campaign ExecutionLead co-marketing initiatives with partners (e.g., retailer-specific promotions).Manage channel-specific assets (packaging, POS displays, digital content) and ensure brand consistency.Performance OptimizationTrack KPIs (sell-through, ROI, market share) and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.Partner with sales teams to align trade spend and incentives with channel needs.Partner CollaborationBuild relationships with key accounts to secure premium shelf placement and promotional support.Negotiate marketing funds and ensure compliance with partner programs.Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer insights to inform channel strategies.Share actionable reports with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Digital).
Requirements:5+ years in channel/trade marketing, preferably in personal care, or beauty.Proven success with North American retailers .Proficiency in retail media, analytics tools and Excel.Knowledge of distributor/wholesaler dynamics.Strong P&L understanding; ability to optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
