Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Demand Generation Campaigns:Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive inbound leads.Support email marketing, paid media, and content marketing initiatives to improve lead flow.Create, manage, and optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates.Marketing Automation & CRM Support:Proficiently manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing workflows in HubSpot.Active, working knowledge of relevant marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media ad platforms, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, GoHighLevel)Ensure seamless lead handoff processes between marketing and sales.Maintain data integrity within the CRM and marketing automation platform.Content & Outreach Support:Develop marketing content, including email sequences, ad copy, and blog posts.Support outbound prospecting efforts with targeted content and messaging.Work with the sales team to craft outreach campaigns for distributors and strategic partners.eCommerce & Website Platform Support:Take ownership in maintaining and optimizing our WordPress-based website and eCommerce platform.Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement website updates, landing pages, and marketing integrations.Provide insights and recommendations for improving the eCommerce user experience and conversion rates.Analytics & Optimization:Track and analyze key performance metrics across campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.Monitor and provide meaningful measurements of campaigns and marketing efforts.Provide insights to leadership on marketing effectiveness and areas for improvement.Conduct A/B testing to refine marketing strategies and increase engagement.Qualifications & Experience:5+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing automation.Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing (required), marketing automation platforms, and CRM management.· Experience working with WordPress and eCommerce platforms.Experience supporting paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media).Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.Have strong skills in budget development and management.Have the ability to oversee a team and roll up your sleeves to execute projects to completion.This role demands a proactive individual with strong hands-on skills in various digital marketing disciplines and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. If your primary experience is directing teams or others to execute, this is not the right role.IMPORTANT: This role requires you to personally build campaigns, create content, set up automation, manage paid advertising, implement SEO, and execute other marketing activities.Manage designers and others in the marketing processes but be ultimately responsible.Ability to collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.Excellent project management and organizational skills.This is an in-person position.
