"We’re looking for a Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead our Google Paid Search, YouTube, CTV and Amazon Ads strategy. This is a key role in our Acquisition Marketing team, helping drive growth across D2C and marketplace channels in the US, UK, France, Canada, and Australia.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll lead performance marketing across Google Ads and Amazon Ads, working closely with regional teams to drive efficient, scalable growth. You’ll also play a key role in improving how we acquire customers — from awareness and consideration through to conversion.
Own day-to-day management and optimisation of Google Ads and Amazon AdsPlan and execute acquisition campaigns across D2C and Amazon globallyProactively identify new acquisition opportunities across Video and Display channels with measurements of successLead the creative testing roadmap for Google and Amazon adsAnalyse performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS and efficiencyCollaborate with regional teams to localise strategy and messagingPartner with brand, data, UX and design teams to improve the full journey from ad to conversionWork with the wider acquisition team on full-funnel media planningContribute to budgeting, forecasting, and growth modelling for paid channelsTrack trends, platform updates, and competitor activityShare performance insights and learnings across the wider team.
What you’ll bring:
6+ years’ hands-on experience with Google and Amazon AdsExperience working across D2C and/or marketplace brandsStrong understanding of performance metrics and how to scale profitablyHighly data literate – confident using spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution toolsClear communicator and strong collaboratorCommercial mindset and attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, growing businessExperience with paid social or other acquisition channels (nice to have)Worked in brands selling through both D2C and Amazon (nice to have)Familiarity with family or parenting audiences (nice to have).
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 based on experience

Compensation
