With secured funding from several athletes and a select group of experienced FMCG angels, we’re now accelerating our growth further and are looking for a hungry, driven, best-in-class Marketing Manager to help turn MISSION into a household name. Reporting to our Fractional CMO, Tom Newton (co-founder of Graze) and working directly with the Founder, you are someone who wants to be our future Head of Marketing, crazily ambitious, creative and hard working. Key Responsibilities Own the planning and execution of the marketing roadmap. Ensuring campaigns, launches and marketing activations happen on time and to plan.Launch product collaborations with a Formula One driver and pro tennis player.Lead and co-ordinate our events and sampling at major sporting events and key retail stores. Collaborate with the founder (and internal team) on brand positioning, content strategy and ongoing brand development.Coordinate across channels to deliver a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.Lead market research, gather customer & consumer insights, run testing (campaigns, creatives, messaging), and analyse performance - turning data into strategic recommendations.As we scale, help recruit and onboard additional marketing resources (e.g. community/social lead, content support), and begin building a marketing team. Who you are: You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast growing consumer start up. Specific experience delivering campaigns and product launches; including; partnerships, live events and sampling (not just briefing agencies to deliver but actively getting stuck in too). You are ambitious - wanting to grow into a Marketing Lead role, and ready to take on increasing responsibility over time.You thrive in a fast paced start up environment - you are smart, resourceful and highly organised - able to juggle multiple projects, stay on top of delivery schedules, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.You are data‑driven and number‑oriented - comfortable analysing performance, drawing insights and making decisions based on data (not just gut feel).You have strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills - capable of working with different stakeholders (founder, creative, agencies, retail partners, etc.).You have a passion for health and wellness and fit into our self-improvement culture.
