You'll own the customer journey post-purchase, building high-performing email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and LTV. From crafting killer flows and promos to A/B testing subject lines and optimizing automations, you'll make every send count.
What You'll Do
Build and optimize automated email + SMS flows that increase repeat purchases.Create and manage campaign calendars aligned with launches and promos.Segment audiences and personalize content to boost engagement.Analyze performance, A/B test ideas, and keep pushing results higher.
What You Bring
š„ 2+ years in email or retention marketing (Klaviyo experience = big plus).
