About the RoleWe are looking for a D2C Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid growth channels across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. This role is responsible for driving direct online revenue, improving ROAS and conversion rates, and building a predictable, scalable growth engine for our D2C business.
You will work at the intersection of performance marketing, customer behavior, creative strategy and data analytics, with a clear mandate: Scale revenue profitably and sustainably.This role is focused only on D2C growth and does not include inside sales or cold outreach responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage all paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) and LinkedIn AdsDevelop and execute strategies to scale D2C revenue while maintaining strong ROAS and CAC targetsPlan and oversee campaign structures for prospecting, retargeting, and repeat purchasesContinuously improve performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV and LTVDrive creative testing strategy in collaboration with design and content teamsWork with product and tech teams to improve landing pages, product pages and checkout flowsIdentify and priorities high-performing products and categories to optimize paid spendMonitor customer journey and optimize the funnel using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Microsoft ClarityBuild dashboards and share weekly/monthly performance and insights with leadershipStay on top of platform changes, new ad formats and emerging paid growth opportunitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications2-3 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce / Performance MarketingStrong, hands-on expertise in:Meta AdsGoogle Ads (Shopping / Performance Max preferred)Campaign structuring, budget management and scalingProven track record of improving ROAS and reducing CACExperience working with D2C platforms such as Shopify or equivalentStrong understanding of:Customer acquisition funnelsConversion rate optimizationUser behavior and e-commerce metricsAbility to analyze data and translate it into actionable insightsExperience with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Excel / Google SheetsGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsGood to HaveExperience in refurbished electronics, value-tech or affordable products categoryFamiliarity with CRO and heat-mapping tools (VWO, Hotjar, Clarity)Experience running campaigns in Tier 2 / Tier 3 Indian marketsBasic knowledge of SEO and affiliate marketingSuccess Measures (High Level)Consistent improvement in ROAS and CACMeasurable increase in D2C revenueImproved conversion rate across the websiteHigher share of unassisted online salesPredictable, scalable performance structure in place"
