Integrated Marketing Manager

This role is hybrid, with the expectation to work in-office at least one day per week at our Venice, California headquarters. Key Responsibilities In close collaboration with the VP of Marketing, build and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns that align brand and product campaigns creative with commercial calendars and deliver against key business goalsOwn the omnichannel marketing calendar, syncing campaigns, promotions, and retail activations across all channels including DTC and retail. Partner closely with Sales and E-Commerce to harmonize messaging, pricing, and promotional strategies for cohesive consumer experiencesLead cross-functional go-to-market planning for new product launches, ensuring alignment across Creative, Brand, and Product MarketingCollaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent campaign storytelling across paid, owned, and earned mediaAnalyze performance and optimize campaigns to drive growth and engagementManage timelines, deliverables, and interdepartmental communication to ensure on-time, high-quality execution This job description is a summary of duties. The actual salary offer will carefully consider your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
