With a highly automated marketing stack, we are continuously developing new products to support our marketing effort. We are currently looking for a maternity cover for continuing to drive incremental growth for newer paid social media channels.
We are seeking an analytical and process-driven Performance Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Paid Social (TikTok/Snap/Pinterest) advertising to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics and hands-on performance marketing, open to learning and growth, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to campaign management. This role is crucial for ensuring our campaigns are optimised to meet and exceed our marketing objectives.

Monitoring, managing and optimising campaigns on TikTok, Snap or Pinterest to ensure optimal performance and continue driving positive ROIAnalyzing campaign results continuously, actively improve the performance by making good use of insights and optimization Work with our product managers, engineers, data scientists, and automate processes which enable data-driven decisions at scaleCollaborate with stakeholders teams to maximize marketing impact and drive growth targets
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
3-5 years experience working on digital marketing channels with a special focus on Performance Marketing for Display/ Paid Social, a hands-on platform knowledge of Snapchat or TikTok, are a must, Smartly usage is also a big plusStrong understanding of key metrics/KPIs to track and measure campaign performance and technical tracking understanding (i.e Adjust, S2S) You have a test & learn mindset, have experience running tests with advertising partners and are open to growthStructured and independent way of working, hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented working style
