Main Responsibilities Will Include Demonstrate full ownership and accountability of all Luxehouze services to be ready from a commercial perspective. Your success will be measured by the growth of users, feature adoption, and profitabilityCreate, execute, manage, and analyze marketing playbook and optimize it for maximum ROI; able to create the go-to-market strategy, lead the implementation of 360 media plan with excellent project management skills, strong data-driven in campaign performance analysisDevelop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for product and feature launches by utilizing all 7Ps Marketing strategiesExecute GTM strategy and optimize it for maximum ROI, including but not limited to managing a campaign end-to-end, from planning, executing, evaluating, and being data-driven when conducting campaignsCollaborate with the tech, product, merch, and project teams to align and implement infrastructure, tools, and support needed for marketingDrive and manage prioritization of marketing initiatives to achieve the assigned marketing goals and understand the trade-offsPlan and implement integrated campaigns to increase brand visibility, product awareness, and purchase intentBuild product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point and is responsible for new product launchesMonitor and evaluate all product marketing campaigns and propose recommendations to get better results Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience from reputable local and overseas universities4-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B and B2C marketing, brand and reputation building, strategy and implementation consulting, B2B SaaS startups, digital marketing agencies, or related industriesProven experience managing product launches, promotion, and digital marketing from retail or tech-startup companiesExperience in developing marketing strategies, project management, and project implementationExperience in establishing sales and marketing enablement assets based on case studies, market research, and current trends in the industriesFamiliarity with Google Analytics and other marketing tools is a plusPassionate with data-driven marketing and growthDeep analytical skills and ability to translate the analysis into an actionable planUnderstanding Luxury Market is a plusExperience in Retail is a plusAbility to be agile and flexible in adapting to a dynamic environmentStrong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions What You Will Get Competitive range of salary and benefitsMedical Coverage and InsuranceLaptop ownership program for employees16 days annual leave and collective leaves will not deduct your annual leave balanceOpportunity to be a key part of a fast-growing luxury retail online marketplaceExcellent environment to learn and support growth with training and developmentFun workplace and interesting employees activities and program"
