This is an exciting role responsible for driving and delivering our channel marketing strategy for key online and brick & mortar partners. This includes digital marketing and media, training and in-store execution. Responsibilities Channel Strategy & PlanningPlan, develop, communicate, and execute traffic driving marketing campaigns and merchandising initiatives for Level retail channelsPartner with internal sales team, retail account buyers & marketers to maximize Level branded marketing at retailTranslate brand initiatives and guidelines into retailer-specific programs that drive conversion both in-store and onlineSupport and maintain budget for channel marketing activities across retail channelsMeasure and drive performance KPIs aligning to goals and prioritiesAct as primary communicator of channel marketing activities and plans to key stakeholders including retail buyers and internal leadershipIdentify new channel marketing opportunities through insight driven research and a deep understanding of the omni-channel retail landscapeContribute to annual planning calendar, identifying key seasonal windows and opportunities for the business eCommerce & Omnichannel MarketingLead the development, optimization, and syndication of eCommerce content (Amazon + Big Box), including copy, imagery, A+ content, video, and 360° assetsDemonstrate strong Amazon expertise, with experience managing aspirational brands across both 1P and 3P modelsEnhance product detail pages by analyzing customer reviews and partnering with customer support to address feedback and improve content, while also managing product review generationCollaborate with retailer media teams to plan and measure digital ad campaigns across retail.com sites (Bestbuy.com, Lowes.com, HomeDepot.com, Wayfair.com, and more)Analyze digital performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, content health, and share of digital shelf to inform strategy In-Store Marketing & MerchandisingManage Levels retail Display Program, including order flow, logistics, and placement across the accounts and partnersPlan and execute merchandising programs, signage, and displays that enhance shopper engagement and drive sell-throughSupport vendor management, including SOW development, timeline oversight, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and on budget Trade Event ManagementDevelop and execute trade show strategies, including show objectives, marketing activities, and logistical coordination with vendors and service providersManage pre- and post-show promotions (email, direct mail) and partner with Sales to ensure timely follow-up on leadsTrack and manage annual trade show budgets and spending Basic Qualifications5+ Experience building and driving brand, retail marketing and/or channel marketing campaigns in-store and onlineExperienced & compelling storyteller/presenter to large groups & executivesBrand initiative development and execution experience desiredAbility to collaborate with business partners and to work cross functionallyAbility to develop impactful executive level presentationsStrong knowledge of the retail environment and consumer shopping habitsAbility to operate and prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding communication skills Required EducationBachelor Degree or equivalent experience"
