The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UK affiliate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive brand visibility through multiple channels. Your Quests Include:Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Marketing:Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate channel, focusing on ROI and revenue growth.Build, manage, and nurture relationships with affiliates, publishers, and partners within the UK market.Identify, onboard, and optimise new affiliates to diversify the affiliate portfolio.Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting, ensuring insights are translated into actionable strategies.Negotiate commission structures and promotional opportunities to ensure a competitive edge.Press Releases & Media Relations:Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to media outlets, ensuring alignment with brand tone and strategy.Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to secure media coverage.Act as a point of contact for media inquiries, coordinating responses and interviews as needed.Monitor press coverage and compile reports on brand visibility and public perception. Key RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with specific expertise in the UK market.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g., AWIN, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate).Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.Experience working within a retail, technology, or e-commerce industry.Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and attribution models.Established network of UK affiliates, media contacts, and PR agencies.
