"Summary
As TOSSWARE’s Operations Performance Shift Lead, you bring curiosity, analytical thinking, and a detail-oriented mindset to the Operations and Production teams. You'll oversee shift operations, monitor production performance, and support continuous improvement to ensure targets for output, quality, and safety are met.
Essential Functions

You must possess a desire to perform your position with a positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.You must have excellent communication and organizational abilities as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform the following:
• Lead daily production activities and support team members during the shift. • Monitor KPIs such as output, downtime, scrap, and labor efficiency. • Prepare shift performance reports and communicate key issues. • Ensure SOP, quality, and safety compliance across all tasks. • Troubleshoot production problems and coordinate solutions. • Identify improvement opportunities and support process optimization. • Train and guide staff to maintain high performance and productivity. • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Monday - Thursday 2:30am - 1pm Tuesday - Friday 4:00pm - 2:30amFriday - Sun 4:00am - 2:30pm, Monday 4:00pm - 2:30amSat-Sun 2:30pm - 1:00am"
