Role Accountability: The WHAT Responsible for: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless shopping experience. Loss prevention. Accountable for: Ensure the store is always well-presented, maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.Assist with receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and updating inventory records. Knowledge, skills & experience: The HOW Essential Skills & Experience Previous retail store experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current trendsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
