About The Role We’re looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed Onsite Marketing Analyst to improve Wayfair’s digital storefront and drive engagement, conversion, and revenue. You’ll own key onsite initiatives — including high-visibility flex content and the homepage — ensuring they align with broader brand and marketing strategies. Using insights, content management expertise, and strategic thinking, you’ll deliver compelling onsite experiences that enhance product discoverability and support major campaigns. You’ll partner closely with Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, Curated Merch, and Product teams to drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer with 2–3 years of onsite or digital marketing experience who’s passionate about e-commerce optimisation, data-led decision-making, and SEO best practices. What You'll Do Onsite Strategy & Execution Own and optimize high-visibility pages (homepage, category, and campaign landing pages) to drive engagement and conversion. Manage content in CMS tools with accuracy and brand consistency, applying SEO best practices to enhance organic performance. Troubleshoot and improve daily operations using Wayfair’s tooling. Cross-Functional Collaboration Align onsite content with broader campaigns by partnering with Brand, Creative, Curated Merch, Product, and regional marketing teams to ensure global consistency and a seamless user experience. Quality & Process Improvement Perform ongoing QA, quickly resolve issues, and implement scalable content management processes. Bring forward new ideas informed by e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
