"Our Influencer Marketing Management Trainee Program is a 2-year rotation designed to cultivate exceptional talent in Hong Kong and London. Our goal is to find and build the next leaders within both Linjer and our portfolio companies. We accept applications on a rolling basis. Trainees Will Support Our Strategic Objectives, Including Maximising profitability and performance of our influencer bookings through intelligent strategy and considered execution Increasing our brand awareness through investing in different social media channels and in various tiers of influencers Localising our influencer marketing efforts in key markets and languagesFinding opportunities to optimize our processes and reportingsGetting Linjer products into the hands of A-List celebrities and influencers who are aligned with Linjer’s brand values, and building up a strong group of ambassadors who wear their Linjer pieces organically and share about us on social mediaIdentifying new opportunities for growth in the influencer marketing area through data analysis and insights Who You Are A fresh or recent graduate with less than two years of experienceYou have strong analytical skills (we prefer people who have studied engineering, economics, finance or a related field) Fluent English speakerYou are a self-starter and take initiativeYou are coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growthYou are thorough and detail-orientedYou are tech literate and can learn new software with easeYou work well with others What You Can Expect Highly competitive salary (benchmarked against fresh graduate salary in the same industry)Responsibilities from Day 1.
