Do you love retail and customer service, and have strong supervisory experience of at least 2 years in a fast-paced retail store? Would you like to take on more responsibility and are ready for the next step in management?
Sstrene Grene is looking for you as an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in our wonderful store in BROMLEY!
This is an exciting and varied job in a beautiful ambience and dynamic environment.
As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the store and supporting the Store Manager in the overall commercial success of the store.
You will set a high example for your team and be pivotal in creating a great team spirit in store.
Your responsibilities as Assistant Manager will be varied and include:
Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of running a successful storeCreating a welcoming environment for customers in the storeProviding excellent customer serviceEnsuring the Sstrene Grene brand image is always showcased with outstanding visual merchandising and shop floor standardsKeeping a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the storeMotivating staff members to meet and surpass targetsCreating and maintaining a great team spirit in storeStock room management and processing deliveriesTraining new and existing staff membersAssuming full responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent
